Custom oral care development is at the heart of this project. At Panaka, we worked with a client to create a full lineup of 10 custom toothpaste and mouthwash products under private label. The goal was to deliver an oral care range that was not only market-ready but also dentist-approved to meet consumer expectations.

Using an FDA-registered facility, we formulated custom oral care solutions like remineralizing toothpaste, whitening toothpaste, and plaque-control toothpaste, each carefully tailored to the brand’s requirements. By combining custom development toothpaste and white label oral care formulations, our client built a diverse collection designed for specific market needs.

From the first day, our approach was hands-on, offering samples, ingredient wish lists, and private label toothpaste options aligned with the client’s vision. The result was a scalable custom oral care portfolio that met EU and FDA standards, positioning the brand for long-term growth.

Looking ahead, the brand is expanding its custom oral care line with innovative sprays and gels, ensuring continuous product innovation in the oral health space.
